Happy 1st Birthday PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE
Wow can you believe it's been a year since we first started Penny Black Saturday Challenge... how the time flies when we're all having fun.... and fun we have had... enjoying all your gorgeous creations every week.

We would all like to thank you all for making our challenge blog a success and for joining in our challenges over the past year, we wouldm't be here if it wasn't for all our Penny Black Friends
So by way of thanking you all the Design Team have put together their own 'Surprise Birthday Candy' and we invite you all to participate. All you have to do is go to each DT's blog and to enter their candy please leave a message on their PB post (with a link to your work for this weeks challenge)

PLEASE NOTE: You can only enter each DT candy ONCE and you must play along with this weeks challenge. DT's CANDY CLOSES ON FRIDAY MORNING AT 8AM ~ WHERE EACH DT WILL PICK THEIR WINNER
Before I tell you about this week's challenge I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the DESIGN TEAM for their hard work and contributions to our blog and we are so blessed and grateful to have such a wonderful talented bunch of ladies... which I know contributes to making Penny Black as successful as it is.

Ok so onto this week's challenge... and as we are celebrating our 1st Birthday we would like to see your creations with the theme
CELEBRATIONS
Now this can be any celebrations ~ birthday, engagement, anniversay, new baby, new job.. the list is endless. As always....you can make a card...altered art...bag..notebook etc the only rule being that you use at least one Penny Black or sentiment.
Now we have another SPECIAL treat for you this week and have 10 PRIZES... yes you heard it right 10 PRIZES kindly donated from 5 of our Sponsors (thanks to you all)

    Wow ladies- congratulations on the PBSC first birthday and what wonderful cards you have all made. Sorry I can't join you with a DT card this week or visit you all individually, but I'm sure this challenge will be a runaway succss, especially with such a stunning range of prizes for 10 lucky entrants plus the lucky DT candy winners!
